Brief Introduction of Sailin Company
Taiyuan Sailing Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. is a Joint Venture between Taiyuan Ganglian and Gangchengqiye Company. Sailing could process cold rolled thin stainless steel strip. Factory locates at B Area of TISCO Stainless Steel Industrial Park in Zhaodaoyu of Jiancaoping District, total area of? is 15000 sq.m. and plant area is 7250 sq.m.
 The investment in Phase I project is 75 million yuan. The main equipments are preparation machine, Four-roller high speed reversing rolling mills, bright heat treatment furnace, recoiling machine, tension leveler and complete testing instruments for product performance. Now the company can produce cold rolled stainless steel strip of 200, 300 and 400 series, width 500 to 700 mm and thickness 0.3 to 2.0 mm. After phase II we'll have a multi-roller mill, thin strip heat treatment furnace and slitting machine. After putting into production, then we could produce cold rolled stainless steel of 200, 300 and 400 series, width below 750mm and thickness between 0.10 to 2.0mm. And the estimated annual output can reach to 30 to 40 thousand tons. |
